Shop with Confidence. Shop knowing that Niagara Faucets Inc. is an authorized dealer for all brands offered for sale on this site. We sell only complete and unopened products direct from the brand owner.

No Duty or Brokerage Charges. Niagara Faucets is 100% Canadian owned and operated. All of our products offered for sale are shipped from our warehouse in Ontario Canada . All products are shipped standard delivery unless otherwise indicated.

Upon order placement, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped. Please note that if you place an order as a guest you will not be able to track your status through our website.

Note that for all orders, the SHIP TO & BILL TO addresses entered for an order must match. We DO NOT ship to a different address than the Bill To address. Additionally the CVV and AVS codes MUST match.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer on ALL returns unless return is determined to have a manufacturing defect. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Except where indicated, all products offered for sale on www.NiagaraFaucets.com INCLUDE shipping and handling charges to addresses within Canada on orders over $449.99.

For orders $449.99 or less, a non-negotiable $49.99 shipping charge will be assessed to the order upon check-out. Orders placed after 4:00pm are considered placed the following business day.

International Shipments Beyond Canada

Northern/Remote Canadian Locations

For shipments destined for the Yukon, Nunavut, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, and the Northwest Territories, please email us or call us (1.877.699.5789) to determine a cost-effective shipping solution.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect the condition of your purchase upon delivery receipt and report any damage to the carrier driver for claims processing.

Back Orders

In the event that a product is on back order, Niagara Faucets reserves the right to consolidate your order prior to shipment.

Taxation (CANADIAN Shipments)

Shipments to Canadian addresses will be assessed GST at a rate of 5% where HST is not in effect. The buyer is responsible for declaring any purchase to their provincial level of government. Shipments to Canadian addresses where HST is in effect will be assessed HST.

PLEASE NOTE:

We cannot ship items to a P.O. Box and require a physical address for all orders.
